All Hair is Good Hair
This was an advocacy video meant to call attention to the issue of hair discrimination and the need for federal legislation, but through a lens of pop culture and celebration of Black hair. This video was a finalist for a Shorty Impact Award in the categories of racial equality, nonprofit, and corporate social responsibility. You can find more on the campaign here.
Juneteenth
This video marked Juneteenth 2021. In a year with so much pain and struggle, we believed it was important to recognize the historical significance of Juneteenth while also centering and celebrating Black joy, culture, and achievement. Actresses Audra McDonald and Uza Udoba shared reflections on what Juneteenth means to them.
A Decade of DACA
This video marked the 10-year anniversary DACA being implemented, focusing on both the tremendous impact DACA has had but only where temporary protections fall short.
